GIVE BACK TO CENTRAL KENTUCKY, VOLUNTEER TODAY
Volunteering with United Way of Central Kentucky is a meaningful way to support your local community. By giving your time and talents, you help strengthen education, health, and financial stability across Central Kentucky, making a real difference in the lives of your neighbors and creating a brighter future for the region.
JOIN THE GREEN THUMB CREW: VOLUNTEER AT UWCK’S COMMUNITY GARDEN
Volunteer at United Way of Central Kentucky’s Community Garden and help grow fresh, healthy produce for the community! Located right across from our office, this garden offers a chance to give back while enjoying the outdoors. Volunteers assist with planting, harvesting, and maintaining the garden, ensuring fresh herbs, flowers, and vegetables are available for everyone. Come help make a difference and enjoy the satisfaction of knowing you’re growing food that will nourish your neighbors.

Roll up your sleeves for Day of Action
Day of Action is an annual event held every June. If you have a project that needs volunteers, submit it and we’ll connect you with individuals ready to pitch in. Or, if you’re looking to give back, you can volunteer to help bring these projects to life.

HELP KEEP NEIGHBORS IN THEIR HOMES
UWCK’s Operation Good Neighbor connects volunteers with local improvment projects for low-income, disabled, and veteran homeowners. Volunteers help restore safety and community well-being across five counties. Join us to make a difference in Central Kentucky!
