Thank you for your interest in UWCK’s Community Investment Grant Program. Before submitting your LOI, please confirm you meet all eligibility criteria, which can be found HERE.

Please submit a one-page LOI on your organization’s letterhead. The deadline for LOI submission is Monday, October 5, 2026 at 12:00 pm EST. The LOI should include:

Organization Name
Program Name
Primary Grant Contact Name, Phone Number, & Email Address
A brief summary of your program
Collaborations with other organizations
Amount of financial support you plan to request
Identification of the United Way pillar your program addresses (Education, Financial Stability, Health, Basic Needs)
